Fingerprint Sensor ZA620 M5
Secure your project with biometrics using this all-in-one optical fingerprint sensor!
Adding fingerprint detection and verification is now simpler and more affordable than ever.
Powered by a high-performance DSP chip, this module handles everything from image capture and rendering to feature extraction and matching. Commonly found in safes and security systems, it can easily connect to any microcontroller or embedded system via TTL serial communication, allowing you to send commands for capturing images, detecting prints, hashing, and searching.
For quick prototyping, the sensor includes an 8-pin 1mm pitch connector with 0.1" header sockets, making it plug-and-play with breadboards or development kits. Prefer a permanent setup? You can cut and solder directly to the included color-coded cable for straightforward wiring.
