The Magnetic Door Switch Set is a compact reed switch assembly designed to detect when doors, drawers, or other openings are accessed, making it ideal for home security systems. One piece mounts to the frame and the other to the door or window; when separated, the circuit breaks and triggers an alarm.
When the two pieces are within 20mm, the internal reed switch closes the circuit. Each set supports up to 100V at 500mA, is housed in durable ABS plastic, and comes with mounting screws for easy installation on most surfaces.
